Notes
Be sure to use chilled mangoes chunks and chilled milk since we are not adding any ice cubes here. Prep the mangoes in advance and refrigerate. If the mangoes are not chilled, then add some ice cubes or a scoop or two of vanilla/mango ice cream. The color of your milkshake will totally depend on the type of mango you use. I've used organic Alphonso mangoes, it has an orangish-yellow color, due to which the resultant shake has this beautiful color. I've used store-bought ground cardamom which is not as strong as freshly crushed cardamom pods. If using cardamom pods, remove the seeds and crush them lightly in a mortar and pestle before adding them to the blender. Add only about 1/8 teaspoon.
